Ihr Nutzerkonto ist aktuell noch nicht freigeschaltet – es besteht noch kein Zugriff auf die Inhalte der Website. Um eine vertrauliche Kommunikation unter Eigentümern sicherzustellen, sind noch zusätzliche Sicherheitsmaßnahmen nötig:
- Sie haben eine eMail erhalten, um Ihre eMail-Adresse zu bestätigen. Prüfen Sie bitte Ihre inbox und klicken Sie auf den Link in der eMail.
(ggf. ist die Verifizierungs-eMail auch im Spam Ordner gelandet – dort bitte auch nachsehen!) - Prüfen Sie, ob ihr eigenes Profil vollständig ausgefüllt ist und aktualisieren Sie es ggf. Klick auf Ihr Nutzerfoto oben rechts, anschließend auf Profil.
Hinweis: unvollständige Nutzerprofile werden im nächsten Schritt NICHT freigeschaltet.
(Dieser Schritt ist insbesondere wichtig, falls Sie sich mit Ihrem Google/Facebookaccount angemeldet haben) - Ein Admin prüft Ihr neuangelegtes Profil und schaltet ihr Nutzerkonto anschließend frei.
- Sobald Ihr Konto aktiviert wurde, erhalten Sie eine Willkommens-eMail. Sollten Sie keine eMail innerhalb der nächsten 10 Tage erhalten, dann kontaktieren Sie uns bitte (sorry, wir betreiben die Website ehrenamtlich nebenher…)
- Installieren Sie den Signal messenger and treten Sie unseren Eigentümer- und Bewohnerchatgruppen bei. Die Links zum Gruppenbeitritt finden Sie im geschützen Mitgliederbereich der Website sowie in der Willkommens-eMail.

Your user account is currently not yet activated – you can’t access the website content yet. To ensure confidential communication between owners, additional security measures are still necessary:
- You have received a confirmation eMail. Please check your inbox and click on the link to verify your email address
(the confirmation email might have ended up in your spam folder – please check there as well). - Check if your profile is completely filled out – update it as necessary. Click on your user photo in the upper right corner, then on “profile”.
Note: incomplete user profiles will NOT be activated in the next step.
(This step is especially important if you have logged in with your Google/Facebook account) - An admin will check your newly created profile and then activate your user account.
- As soon as your account has been activated, you will receive a welcome email. If you don’t receive an activation email within the next 10 days, please contact us (sorry, the website is run by unpaid volunteers in their free time…).
- Install the Signal messenger and join our owners chatgroups.
After your account was is verified, you can find the clickable links to join the chat groups in the member area of the website as well as in the welcome eMail.
